Contestants also must not have won a city title or any state, national, or international preliminary, qualifying, or final pageant competition. Bar contest titles are permitted.
Pageant owner Jim Flint will determine the maximum number of contestants for the Mr. Continental Newcomer Division each year. For the 2026 pageant, scheduled for Labor Day Weekend in Chicago, the limit is 20 contestants. Once Registration is opened, contestants must complete the contestant information link and submit it to the office. Once the completed entry is received in the office the contestant will be invoiced for their entry fee payment. Only once payment is received in the office will the contestant be officially registered to compete in the upcoming Mr. Continental Newcomer Pageant 2026-27. Contestants will received a confirmation of their acceptance via email.
